Your order will be delivered by either Australia Post or TOLL IPEC Couriers. All orders will be despatched within 48 hours of being received.

Please note: we can only deliver to a physical address, not a PO Box.

Shipping Costs:

We have flat rate shipping costs for each product, to anywhere in Australia. To determine your shipping cost add products to cart then view your cart.

What happens if your product is faulty?

We have extremely high quality control standards, with each production order undergoing stringent tests and quality checks by both the manufacturer and an independent quality control assessment company.

We don’t expect any products to have a fault. However, sometimes things are beyond our control. If your order arrives with a faulty product please contact us, at hello@countingsheepco.com.au  within 14 days of purchase and we will happily exchange or refund your product.

Returns policy:

If you decide our products are not suited to your requirements, we will happily refund or exchange your purchase within 14 days of purchase. Goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Please retain your proof of purchase.
